Another piece of information that I just got through another migration agent that I just called to recheck... And shocked to know that even he is telling me the same thing...it's really confusing..my knowledge and proofs tell something else...and agents at telling an entirely different thing which is really contradictory to what ever is mentioned on the websites and other informatory places...

i am in flux.....btw my agent is MARA-registered..

But i just had a word with my agent again he told me and is still firm that yes once I get my cpv 173 I can marry anyone anywhere...so I am confused now

I don't know but when I spoke to my agent he gave me a very illusionary picture that once I get cpv 173 I can work in australia I can get married bla bla bla and now when I am so close to get a co and I sit to plan something for my future I am getting these strange things to know...i am very disheartened...

Uumm but I don't think so it's necessary To get engaged to marry someone can't she just come on a tourist visa to Sydney once I get my cpv173 and then can't we marry in court..??

well we both are not engaged yet....but there are feelings for each other and would want to get married one day...so was thinking about the whole procedure..and now i think i would have to give a second thought about my visa...

So it means I can only marry her once I get my cpv 143 with me and then too I can't sponsor her for another 5 years and then she would have to apply on her own basis..

Hi just want to know even though I can't sponsor her but can I marry her immediately ?? And she would apply for her visa on her own basis ???

hi my mum has applied for contributory parent visa 173 and i have been shown as a dependent because i am studying full time...its been almost a year n a half that we have applied it for...and now we hoping to get a co soon....my question is....after i get my cpv visa 173 can i marry my gf immediately and can i being her to sydney on spouse visa...?? plzz help...!!!
