my employer sponsored me under ENS(permanent) in july 2012 and gave me a few documents like a mail from the case officer where the client id and the request id was erased and a labour clearance certificate from the australian labour department and took 4000$ dollars from me as the processing fees. I keep asking him my TRN but he has only made excuses all the time. It is now over two years and I think it is some kind of scam or fraud. When i opened the case officers email from an iphone i was able to the the client id and the request id mentioned inside the email. How can i find out the reality of the situation? I dont even know if my application is with the immigration department or not. My employer keeps telling me that is process takes two years atleast. Someone please help me with the situation and I will owe him my life. Awaiting for replies and advices. btw i am in india
