He said that the marriage wasn't for a visa , and her wife was very good with him and he love her so much , and they did the marriage party in his country then he come to Australia to work and live with his waif to stay for her all the life , but in the last time she asked him to give her money to do something , he didnt say no he give her to do everything she like to do because he love her too much , someday she asked him to give her money he said i dont have because i dont have a job and i have a little bit of money and she said ok , after one weak she came back to asked him to give her a money because she want to buy gold , he said i dont have im still dont have a job , then she said for him that if you want the PR you must to give me money every two weeks if you dont have ask your family to send for you money to give ( Long Story ) , if dont want that ill go to immigration to let them know that i dont want you because you are bad with me , then the immigration will cancel your visa then you will come back to your country , he said for me that he have a SMS from her wife including that she want from him money for visa , he surprising for her reaction and he dont know what must to do !!

My friend have a visa subclass 309 and he is waiting for subclass 100 , his waif in the middle of the relation said for he that you must to pay for me money if you want to grant the subclass 100 , if you dont want to pay for me ill call the immigration to let them know that i dont want you then they will cancel your visa next to you will come back to your country , he said that ; " i dont know why she and her family did that i was love her too much and want to complete my live with her , but in the middle of our relation i know she want to defrauded me '' But he cant come back to his country because he already lose everything ( Studying , Working ) in his country and if he come back to his country will start studying and working from ZERO , and he said that im use to live here in Australia and love it , so what he can do ? What is the penalty for her wife because she asked him to give her money for a subclass 100 ( PR ) ? (( He already have a SMS including that she asked for him to give her money for ( PR ) visa )) . I dont know how i can help him , so i came here to hear from yours
