I received my PCC yesterday, My consultant emailed it to CO. Now we just wait for DIBP decision.

I got CO assigned on 27/08/2014. she had requested for more docs for employment evidence. I uploaded the same day.still no reply or updates. waiting...

In that case if you manage to score 60-65points then you can apply 189 subclass to be picked up from the pool. Or you can get your Skills assessed with a different occupational list with Similar job description.

Why ain't you applying for 489 Subclass Provisional Visa State & Territory sponsored.

Rather than applying Employer sponsored?

And why ain't you looking at other States?

I've passed IELTS and got the Skill Select for Software Engineer. For me to gain Regional State sponsorship from Victoria, I need to have a job offer. Now Victoria take 12 weeks to process requests, and then DIBP take 2-4 months. I just can't see any employer willing to wait 5-6 months for me to take up a post.

I am applying for jobs via Seek, but no joy as of yet. I think this long dely may be putting potential employers off.

Anyone else went down this route and found a way through it??

489 would get you 10points where you are loosing on Age. Best is get a MARA agents help.

Unfortunately, it just doesn't look to me like you would qualify for immigration. What occupation were you thinking of applying under?

Hi,

If you got 55 points and short of 5points, Best is to apply for State Sponsored Visa 190/489.

190 will get you 5 points.

489 will get you 10 points.

Most importantly a direct Invite to apply for Visa.

CO requested PCC, awaiting Indian Local Police Verification to upload PCC. Medical was Frontloaded. 489 Visa applied 29/05/2014, CO assigned 15/08/2014 requested PCC.

glad to see everyone here making progress.

 

We have rented out our houses and moved in with my parents, I have secured a job and had 3 telephone interviews. Waiting on a start date now. I have three months notice at work so slammed in a load of swaps and looking to get away end of September.

Going to Brisbane then possibly renting on the Gold Coast.

Our dogs and my girlfriend are flying out to meet me the end of November.

Things have moved so fast since the visa has been granted.

 

A tip tip for getting interviews is maybe using a friends address then explain your situation if you get an interview scheduled.

Just get an email.ci formation from your employer confirming you designation role and Pay.

Yesterday, I got my letter which says for 2 past organizations, insufficient documentation. Now, how to check which document is required.

I have sent

 

1) My offer letter

 

2) My resignation letter

 

3) Experience certificate

 

4) statutory Declaration on a 50 Rs stamp paper signed by my lead.

 

Now, how can I come to know which documents are required further to get the things done and what should be the next procedure for that.
