I tried calling one of the direct lines floated around this forum and was told by the officer answering that I was not supposed to call that number until I'm assigned a CO. I was even asked with a somewhat stern voice: "How could you get get this number? Where did you get this number from?" by the officer answering. Oh well. I also tried calling their general inquiries number (the 1300 premium one), but I used up more than $10 worth of Skype PAYG credit being on hold without being answered. What's the email address for this type of inquiry? Thanks.

Hi everyone, I lodged my application last month and I noticed that the acknowledgement email that I received was uncommon. Problem: 1. What is the subject of confirmation email that you all will received after lodging 189 visa application? I got mine stated as "<File#>-<Application ID#>-<Name>-IMMI Acknowledgement of Application Received " instead of " <File#>-<TRN#>-<Name>-IMMI Acknowledgement of Valid Application Received". Will this difference matter? 2. I only received 1 attachment in my confirmation email instead of 2 which should include the application summary. I just want to know if this would present me with any problem down the road. Thank you.

Hi all, I have a question with filling out my EOI submission. I have Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Master's Degree in Business Administration. I want to apply for 189 visa under the SOL Electronics Engineer. In this case, my MBA is then not related to the skill i'm applying under. My question is: should i include my master's degree under the education history when filling out the EOI submission? I already have 65 points without including my master's degree and I'm afraid including the MBA will give me a problem for over claiming later on when I actually apply for the visa.
