Hi, I was cought for a drink driving while on holiday in Western Australia about 3.5 years ago. was banned from driving for 3 months and paid the fine. 3 weeks later was cought again for driving without driving licence and had a court but did not paid this fine as I could not afford it. I know is a criminal offence but I was leaving the Oz so decited to pay the fine later from abroad but I did not so far. Australian authorities keeping details of my Polish international licence but i did not received any letter from Oz to Poland about unpaid fine. It was 3.5 years ago. If i decided to travel to Oz again i will paid the fine before my flight. I am aware this offence is in central Australian database. My question is : Does United Kingdom or EU countries have access to Australian database in this matters as I will apply for British citizenship (living and working in the UK for long time). I dont want to mentioned it in the application as it will affect my apply in ”good character” section. Thank you for your reply Regards Tom
