Hi, Fill the 1022 form and include the information need to prove that they are independent. In my case I used my parents,sister/brother 's pension/employment/salary slips. I color photo copied them and send along with 1022 by mail.(courier) to the migration office in Adelaide. I can't recall the address, but you should be able to find it on the net. In this form you can include details about the other applicants. In that section fill the details as required and in "New correct details" section request to remove the applicant and mention how he\she is not dependent of you. all the best.

Hi Pumpkin, I have situation similar to above. i put all of our(mine and my husband) parents and brother and sisters in the category of non migration family member by misunderstanding the term.i have lodged the application on 3rd of September and in the document attachment space it ask health check and PCC for all the non migrating family members. Do you how to remove these people from my application as they are not my dependents and i did a mistake while filling the application. Please help....and i didnt receive anything of allocation of case officer.so i dont know who to inform this..does any one know a maill address to contact

I have submitted my EOI with incorrect employment duration as I have misunderstood what they are meaning from the work experience in past ten years. I have a total of 5 and half years experience and Skilled employment of 3 and half years, but in the Work experience topic in the EOI I assumed that they are referring to total work experience in the past ten years. When my friend told me it has to be the Skilled work experience , i have already received the invite to apply 189 visa. I have also applied for 190 as well using the same EOI. Due to this in 189 iclaimed 65 points, but actually it should be 60 points. Can you please tell me what can i do now? Should i just apply and while applying attach a letter to explaining the mistake i have done? Should i wait 60 days to expire the EOI and apply again? Should i wait till i get 190 and if i get it apply new EOI and inform it to the State(190)? Appreciate your Comments.
