Has anyone tried swapping houses, we have a house in Ellesmere near Kingaroy Queensland. 3 bed furnished,vehicles excetra.  9acres ,Wanting to move to UK would sell complete for $240,000 or $225,000 empty on extras. Or consider exchange. For 2/3 bed house UK.

Good for you, we have had our house sale fall through twice! now it has sold again but in a chain we are all sorted but the person buying my purchasers house hasn't gien their four weeks notice on their rental yet and we have to be in aussie 14 Dec! may have to go byself and hubby follow not the best start. Que sera sera.

Can't believe it got my Visa grant today both 309 and 100, wasn't expecting it for about another 6 months yippy!!! exactly 7 months

We had our 309/100 visa granted Friday. We applied online 16th June 2015, medicals submitted in December and police check only submitted on the 6th January 2016. Visa granted 8th January 2016, a lot faster than we originally thought it would be .. In all that time we never had any contact with a CO.

Wow that is fantastic, I'm almost on the same time line as you 12th june applicate,meds Dec,unloaded police 9th Jan, I wasn't expecting to hear for months but now I'm more hopefully. Congratulations!

Just to let you know that I have now got a CO: WP. Confirmed that it's 10-14months from application so that's April-Aug 2016. Said not to do medical or Police checks until after 12th Dec.

How long does it take to get a CO? I've hit the four week mark and still haven't got one! Starting to panic, the only saving grace is that no-one else has added CO's to pookie72's list yet that applied similar time.

I have just paid online with a visa debit there is a $50 surcharge added immediately and then a percentage charge which I think was 1% for visa and 2.5% for MasterCard there is a drop down box listing cards and percentages. I don't know If the bank will charge for Currency exchange as well. Needs Must!

Hubby and Kids got their Aussie passports yesterday,Submitted my off shore partner visa Straight away. completed Uploading documentary evidence today. Now we Wait..:wub:
