  1. Thank you everyone for you replies and great advice. we have been her nearly 10yrs now and all have Australian citizenship so that's all good there. hubby is hoping to go back in October and not come back but I'm not as optimistic that we can do that. My main concern is costs and finding a job and somewhere to live over there. we don't have a house to sell as we rent but we do have two cars both of which are on finance so not sure what happens with that. We do have a dog that we would love to take back with us as she is part of the family but the quotes we have been getting are very high so not sure if this is feasible now.... im im feeling very stressed and concerned about having everything sorted or if we can even do it in that timeframe. I also have two children to get into schools in the uk one aged 13 and one aged 6. my head is spinning at the moment.........:daydreaming:
  2. Hi everyone, this is my very first post on here. I am looking for some advice and tips about returning to live in the UK. We came to Australia in 2004 but due to a number of reasons really want to move back to the UK. We have no idea how to go about this as when we came to aus, my husbands work relocated us so did it all for us. can anyone advise on what we need to do first or where we can go for advice? i have just qualified as a social worker and am hoping to secure a job in this field either once we arrive back in UK or before if possible. please help we are so confused at the moment. thanks in advance xx - See more at: http://www.britsabroad.com/f4/advice-needed-please-5218/#sthash.8pD69gMD.dpuf
