What visa would people recommend?

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum. I'm looking for honest information and advice about working as a midwife in Australia. We are a family of 3, me, my husband and 19 month old son. We've visited Adelaide in the past. I'd be grateful for any information about visa, jobs, which area to live, finding accommodation, shipping out furniture,car and pet and any other useful information. Thank you
