You keep mentioning the blue sky. . . Seriously leaving everything behind for a "blue sky" is a very superficial way of looking at things. You'd be better putting the £x0000's it will cost for visas, flights, time out of work, housing, gap training, cash lost on a cack exchange rate etc towards multiple holidays to Spain every year and get your blue sky that way.

Probably the main reason why you see so many people moving back to the UK is because Australia isn't actually "better" than the UK. A someone mentioned earlier your moving from a 1st world country to another and so once you've gotten over the 'wonders' of a new place its the same old . . day after day . . just everything is more difficult as your unfamiliar with the system and everything else plus you don't have family or friends there to rely on. Yeah emigration is different for those coming from some 3rd world pit to live in the UK or Australia. They had awful lives. Is yours really that bad?? Having nearly 6 months in Australia temporarily was the best choice I ever made at least now I know its not worth moving there for a "better life"

Doesn't really take an experienced person to come to the conclusion either. Ive lived in 3 cities in the UK man. Living is Living wherever you decide to live. How is living in Sydney or Melbourne or Perth or Brisbane any different really?? I spent 3 months in Adelaide btw.

Well after spending 5 months living in Australia this year on a working holiday visa Ive kinda come to the conclusion - same sh1t different place. Its only after living there (and blowing £10k to £20k of savings and jacking a UK job) that people realise their life is no better. And they have the added disadvantage of having their old friends and family living thousands of miles away.
