Hi - can any one help me clarify this; EOI submitted on Feb and ITA on Feb 17th ; I have applied for visa on march 11th with all docs front loaded with PCC and Medicals. On May 16th Employment verification done with my current employer and after that no update. I read in forums that the occupation code system analyst 261112 has reached its ceiling and no further grants until July 2016- Is this right? As per my understanding the post invitation recieved, we dont need to worry about the ceiling.

I think it shouldn't be a problem. As long as your received invitation, there shouldn't be any ceiling issue.

Just realised on my EOI I put the Ielts test report form number as my centre number by accident. Have submitted a new EOI should I just wait for this or should I just put correct number on when do visa form? thanks xx

Do you mean SkilleSelect EOI? Can't you edit it?

you have to choose steam 2 during your EOI submission to NSW.

I recently submitted my EOI, and a few days before i got an invitation to apply for NSW sub class 190. However, my category Investment Manager 222312 is not available in the online application forum and in the NSW 190 Priority Skilled Occupation List. I got 70 points in EOI including the state sponsorship. What should i do ?

May be your occupation fall under Stream 2 highly ranked CSOL candidate!

Also, I want to know, If you provide all the proof and relevant documents supporting your EOI, Can NSW still reject your application ?

If all documents seems OK to NSW, then little chances of rejection. Usually you should get nomination within 3-4 weeks.

I have received an invitation to apply for 190 state nomination of NSW. The experiance i had assessed from Vetasses was in december 2014, however i am on the same job and it increased my points this february, before the i lodged the EOi. I asked many people if i need to re-assess my documents from vetasses and all suggested there is no need, however, when u provide your supporting documents to the state, make sure they are updated. Now, I received invitation to apply for NSW 190.

 

 

The following documents are mandatory for every application on NSW website:

• Bio data page of the passport – please do not scan entire passport

• Current skills assessment from relevant assessing authority for your nominated occupation

• English language ability results – IELTS/OET

• Educational qualifications – certificates and academic transcripts

• Full curriculum vitae/resume

• Evidence to support all points-related claims that you make in your application

 

 

 

 

Question 1: I want to know what other documents you advise me to include ?, shall i include all the same updated documents which i sent to Vet-assess including (Bank statement, experience certificates, high school certificates etc)

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was reading on the NSW webiste, on NSW website it says "All mandatory evidence should be clear colour or certified black and white copies of the original.

Whereas, i was reading on https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/190-/Skilled-Nominated-visa-(subclass-190)-document-checklist

 

 

It says "All supporting documents must be scanned and uploaded with your application. All documents that you provide must be certified copies of original documents. Do not include original documents unless specifically requested to do so by the department."

 

If you scan original color documents, you don't need to worry about certified copies. But if your document is B&W then you need to submit certified copies. I also provide a Letter of Motivation why I intend to apply for NSW Nomination but it is not Mandatory at all.

 

 

Question 2: Shall i upload scanned color original documents to NSW ? or Shall i upload Notarized COLOR copies of the original documents ? or Shall i upload Notarized black n white copies of the original documents ? What is the best option ? As i want to make my case very strong and avoid delays, so, kindly advise on this.

 

 

Question 3: Any advise or tips or information regarding applying for 190 NSW would be highly appreciated.

 

provide as much documents as possible to make your case stronger, specifically, your employment related documents. Include your credential assessment outcome letter.

● travel details - please list all international travel (Form 1221 doesn't have any travel details section. Where should I mention all travel details. Although I mention travel details in Form 80)

● employment - please give details of all employment since leaving high school

● education and trade - please give details of qualifications you have obtained,

workshops, conferences or seminars you have attended, research papers you have published and your thesis (if undertaken). (I attended several in-house training provided by the Employer. The training has certificate but no credentials. Should I mention those training as well?)

Please be sure there are no unexplained gaps in time - if you were unemployed or studying please list from when to when and how you were financially supported during these periods.

Please provide a full Curriculum Vitae / Resume: (I provided my Resume at the time of visa but I believe the following information fully provided. So I believe I need to provide 2nd version of my Resume as suggested below.)

Yay! Best news ever today. I've been checking my email every morning in anticipation for about a week after seeing everyone receiving their grants. Got ours today - Yay! Bit devastated that I had to go to work today. Definitely wanted to crack open the champagne...at 7am in the morning.

My CO only requested PC and my employment details and not form 80. Is form 80 required in all the cases or its case specific?

What should I do? Shall I wait for my CO to request for it. Its been around a month since I've provided all the required documents.

I think you should wait for CO to ask for Form 80. Not all CO asked Form 80, I learnt!

@Wooba - do you think travel has a lot to do with it? I'm pre-empting, and trying to fill out form 80 at the moment, struggling with dates for all the countries I've been to over the year! Hoping dates dont have to be too specific!

Your current and previous passport may help in this regard. For my case, I traveled a lot for last couple of years for my official trip. However, I try to find out entry and exit date at the port and list all travel and declared accordingly.

I think it's important to mention your all travels. If not the visa officer eventually see your passport. And if they found that you didn't declare your travel then it might be problem.

I did submit 1221 for myself also, it wasn't asked for on my list of documents but I did it anyway. I just hope it is a good sign that they have asked for Medicals and police checks. Fingers crossed for us both.

i believe 1221 is a shorter version and of Form 80. However I have submitted Form 80 for my spouse today. Let's see what if CO asked for 1221 for me. Documentwise I am fine I believe. I did my PCC in January and medical already uploaded. Now just waiting for CO assigned. How many days it will take to assign CO usually?

Please pray for us as well so that we could secure visa as well. I have been waiting for almost 2 years.

Form 80 is to assess character for every applicant so if your spouse is part of your application then yes, you must submit Form 80 for your spouse too

I also submitted form 1221 but they have still asked for form 80 for both of us. I had already started filling it in just in case so not a big issue.

They asked for proof of relationship with Spouse. I am hoping this is just because I uploaded the marriage certificate under the wrong section. Yes they asked for Form 80 for both of us. I waited for CO to request medicals and police checks to give us a longer validation date.

i wondered they asked form 80 for your spouse as well. I submitted form 1221 for my spouse as recommended. Otherwise, I submitted all required docs I believe. Let's see what more they want.

i uploaded same marriage certificate for both myself and my spouse. However they can find proof of relationship from passport, child birth certificate etc.

I applied on the 7th February and I had the first correspondence with CO yesterday requesting additional evidence, medicals and police checks. So just over 3 weeks for me.

If there was a requirement I would imagine it would need to be proved at nomination process, not during 190 lodgement.

 

NSW does not have any requirement - which state did you get nominated by ?

BTW, have you done your medical before assigning CO? Which documents you uploaded in the section "Health, evidence of" under your Visa application? Some told me no need to upload any documents there, medical centre will do. Just wondering if I need to upload any documents, say referral letter, otherwise how CO will come to know that I have completed my medical. Just FYI, I completed my medical examination today!

As a part of documentation, I was just wondering if I need to show any proof of fund or assets for my application.

I already got my HAP ID and willing to go for medical next saturday. I see an option in my visa application page to upload some documents "Health, evidence of".

My question is what should I upload over there? My eMedical Referral Letter? or something to be provided by the panel physicians?

On any passport we have renewed, the "old" passport has become void. They usually clip the corner off it. So the only valid passport is the new replacement.

Actually, for my case, it is not happened because my previous passport holds a valid US visa till 2019. For this reason, it is not void.
