So i have a new job , new employer has submitted the paperwork, there is no timeline on when it will be approved, so how do i do the right thing at my current employer with me resignation? I hear that as soon as the visa is transfered u cant even work a resignation period? Please help guys:(

Hi people im applying for 186 visa next week. Been with my employer the whole duration on 457. i doing my pr solo and have heard various tips , is it true that ur best sending ur application in the same time my employer lodges the application? And does anyone have a timeline checklist ? I have scottish police disclosure and western australian one, i am a mechanic so dont need a skills test. much help would be appreciated
