O thanks For the text How long ago was your dad granted with the visa.

I remember it going to magistrates first and i wasnt in there 5mins some woman spoke i answered to my mame then it was passed to crown i was told by my brief its because it was after dark or it had something to do with it. I can remember exactly but i remember thinking I am about to go jail. I remember going to court three times one to magistrates and twice to crown the first time there is when they first found out the other kid the one that did the crime didn't go to his bail hostel. I turned up though bricking it never been in there before any how i was bailed then went back 4weeks later and still they never caught the other kid.and i was free to go but with cs and probation.

Hi all please can anyone help me. I have been wanting to relocate to Perth Australia and live and work on a skilled visa as a general plumber for some years now, and finaly my girlfriend has now said let's go and start fresh. But I have a few things in my past that is worrieing me. So if anyone is going through there application or been granted a skilled visa recently with similar problems please any advise would be great My problems are 1. I have been bankrupt about 6years ago. 2, I have been a banned driver about 16years ago but have been done for no insurance about 7 years ago as well as speeding a couple of times but only just over the speed limit. 3. I have been prosecuted for been involved in a burglary. I didn't break into anyone's home but I was caught not that far away from the seen of the crime and I was looking at something that had just been taken. The person who just committed the break in ran off leavinge me holding a remote control for a VCR and in blink of an eye I was jumped on by the police. I went to crown court and pleeded my case but the person who commuted the crime was caught that same night and he was bailed to a bail hostal but never went and went on the run and he was caught some time after that and when to jail so I heard. Anyway I went to crown court he didn't turn up I got community service I think about 250hours but cant remember now, and a 2years probation service for the crime which i cant remeber what they called it but i think it was called handling stollen equipment. This all happened to me about 18 years ago. I have since then not been in trouble except my driving fines for speeding. I can't stop thinking about emigrating to aus and I am worried that I am building hopes up for nothing. Please can some one tell me do I stand a chance or none at all
