Hey guys i have a situation where my company have said there going to nominate me on 186 visa I have all the paperwork done on my side but my company have most of there's but are holding back in releasing the accounts for emigration any body in this situation before??? I have only 5weeks left on my W/H visa and didn't think it would come to this but it has. Does anybody have any ideas on what steps I should take next.

hi I was chatting to vetassess on Friday and and asked them a few questions because im in the process of starting my application and the lady was very nice and she told me about 4 weeks. but it has been known to take up to 13weeks.

Hey all im starting my trade assessment and part of the process is getting references from previous employers getting the references is the easy part but does any body have a link or even no of the format lay out required for the reference any feed back would be appreciated.
