hello i got my offer letter for community welfare which starts in july this year Diploma my course is in perth. im unable to find suitable agents in my country can someone suggest some good agents whom they have got there student visa done from ? i tried the agents listed on the TAFE site but nothing was of great help. so please im running out of time.

Hello i need a Police clearance for Australia Perth my offer letter states "Police Clearance You are required to obtain a certified police clearance from your home country. Please provide a copy of the police clearance to the college at the Orientation Day of the course. Please note that you will be unable to complete this course without a police clearance." how do i apply for this ? can someone please guide me i spoke to two different police officers at different stations one said get a letter from the college stating they want police clearance certificate to Dcp nb1 cid and one said i need to go to the CID office. i am very confused how do i go about ? my current address is same as on the passport.

Hello, il be applying to Tafe in Perth and the Fee for my course is 22000$ its a Two year Program which starts in July. Since im doing it from Tafe it does not come under steam line visa "eti.wa" i have my sister and her husband in the country who will be showing the past 3 month salary but it all sums up to 28000$ the fees il be paying will be from another account. and my agent told me at least 44000 is required and now i'm worried what am i suppose to do my sister and her husband both are citizens and engineers and are ready to attach there salary slips as well will i get through ? if not what shall i do ? please help

hmmm ok il look into Ielts then ! its just that PTE seemed to be much faster at processing what about the course thing ?

i dont mind spending a few thousand dollars il anyway be spending tens of $ for a year or two just looking for something that would fit its just that due to family issues wel be moving there so i been looking into it

Thanks again everyone just a few more questions just to make my self clear so any course i pick would not reject my visa? "at least those which i listed" and Pearson Test of English (PTE) What about this test? i was thinking of giving this instead of Ielts TAFE courses require a minimum of 5.5 Academic IELTS for entry with no band being less than 5.0 or an equivalent. Please refer to the table below for full English requirements for an assessment of the equivalent for each country. Since im from India and if i apply for PTE and submit this for my visa will it be accepted or rejected? since the college accepts it is it ok? im VERY confused here does my Country match the assessment level please help me Shall i go for PTE ?

Hello i have a Sister who is a citizen in perth and im a under graduated i plan to move there which would be the best Course to pick for now and get there easily "yes i know rules change every july and its hard to tell" still what will be the best and easy way to get there now and later opt for P.R any suggetions il be going on Student visa so any course ? well for now its a student visa so which of those courses would be good and will any of them create problems for Visa ? "i am form india" Permanent Residence/visa is a later on but something that would boost my chances for that would be good sorry nursing is not what i am looking for.

Hello, I'm 20 years old my qualifications are as such 10th lSSC 50% 12TH HSC 47% Fyba literature English 59% Syba literature English " exams given already expected result in May start week " Acting Course done from Kishore namit kapoor + worked in few tv shows as well Community service Certificate at old age home service Ielts given 2011 score 6.5 expired dec 2013 I have my sister in Perth as a citizen and im limited to PERTH only 1) Diploma hello i plan to do a diploma course "2year" maybe Social worker/Cookery which ever would be easy to get and pursue there will it be easy to get visa for both ? 2) Ielts since i been studying literature and had already given my Ielts but it's expired now is it important to give it again ? will i face problems with my visa or rejection if i use my current qualification ? or do i have to do it again 3) Enter Most colleges/university's have feb and july intake incase i apply for July intake and get my offer letter how soon can i enter the country ?"after getting my visa" 4) Visa i would not want my visa to be rejected due to my ielts or my course so is there anything i should keep note? i was planning to do a may course in Cookery at Stanley college but i guess i wont get my visa now.
