Ok! Immi account has limit also for the files to be uploaded. The letter I received said that documents can be sent by email . Immi account or by mail also. so except PCC . 1221 , 80 the additional they asked I sent by email .Lets see

This screen will be updated once they have submitted this person's case to the department for processing. This may not occur until all results are finalised after the person has left the clinic. Ongoing delays should be followed up with the clinic in relation to the progress of your health examination results. Do not contact the department about this matter

Hello Captain! In Immi Account there is a tab which we need to click if all docs are submitted . I received a checklist from CO asking fr form 80 ,1221, PCC ,medicals and some other docs. Except medicals, I jave submitted all (via emails and Immi Account ) so should i press that button so that my application can go for assessment or wait until my medical reports are sent to DIBP (Also how would i know that my results are uploaded) ?

Had my medicals today! (Hope all is well). The centre will submit the report in 24-48 hrs . Now praying

got the CO email on 2nd oct (asking for form 80,1221 and some of the docs again ). Uploaded today as i was very busy in plant commissioning and startup.Medical appointment given on 22nd October. Need to know if the medical results are sent directly to the DIBP or we have to upload all the reports using Immi Account.

Need a lil help! Me and my spouse are filling form 1221 in which there is a section about funding your trip. So we both are working and supporting our trip mutually, So what should I write ? ( That I am fully funding and trip and dont show her as dependent ) and what my spouse should write ?

At the time of EOI , i got some PDF documents, one of the guidelines were " Certified copies For the purposes of the migration legislation, a document is to be certified in writing as a true copy of the original document by: if the copy is certified in Australia: ● a Justice of the Peace; or ● a Commissioner for Declarations; or ● a person before whom a statutory declaration may be made under the Statutory Declarations Act 1959 (for example a nurse, legal practitioner, medical practitioner, pharmacist or dentist); or ● a registered migration agent (whose registration is not suspended or subject to a caution). if the copy is certified outside Australia: ● a person who is the equivalent of a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations in that place (for example a public notary); or ● a registered migration agent (whose registration is not suspended or subject to a caution).

All other docs except above has been accepted (All certified)

Well its according to my friend statement. DIBP have sent me check list like this. Ielts cant be verified (for both of us ) . We both undertook ielts from AEO PAKISTAN which is authorized just as british council in Pakistan. Evidence of skill employment ( I have sent my experience letters , salary slips all certified ) but I am confused why they are asking again. ( I will send again and include my appointment letters , appraisals, more slips , tax returns and also previous employer ). Skills Assessment of my spouse (sent previously also but not certified). Marriage certificate (sent previously also but not certified). All other docs , I got stamped from notary public (which are not a part of current checklist) Any advice for me?

yesterday, i got an email from CO regarding more info .Form 1221 , 80 .PCC, medicals and some of the documents that previously i dint get stamp from notary public . PS: I was of he opinion that letters/certificates issued by international bodies/australia not need to be certified but a friend of mine told me that each and every paper you are submitting need a notary public/oath commissioner stamp.
