Hi there, I appreciate this tread was a long time ago but thought it may be worth a try......... Were moving to Australia and i'm a electrician. However i'm not the main visa applicant so not going through the whole vetasses route...... Does anyone know or can help on how to apply for an OTSR without it being for migration purposes ?? Am qualified sparky with nvq L 3 Any help much appreciated.......
