We want to rent first just until we find where we wanna be, we have a house in the U.K. but are renting that also, we don't want to cut off all ties just incase things don't work, we have 20k we are coming with!!

What kind of wage would you say is reasonable, we have a little boy aged 2, we want to live comfy, occasional outings, family time, the occasional beer or two!!! We are looking at living near Scarborough beach any places I should avoid??

What are your views on the average wage, to live comfy??

We are coming from chesterfield and heading to Scarborough beach, I have read lots of good opinions on here, I am going with an open mind and definitely not expecting to much!!

After I saw what was on the other forum I had a look on here and can't really find anything bad on here about perth!!

We just come back from down under live, the seminar talked about how expensive it is, so we came home and looked into it and came across a few forums saying nothing but negative things about perth?? I just wanted other peoples views, I'm just scared I guess!! thank you both for your views

I understand there is good and bad everywhere, maybe I just clicked on a bad forum as everything I read previously was all good!!

We have a boy aged 2 years, We want the best life for him and us, what I have read is shocking, children turning into thugs, been looking at cost of living and I no it's expensive but have read if you haven't got a really highly paid job you have no chance of affording it here, run down streets, shops etc, new arrivals coming to perth not being able to fit it!!

We are making the big move to Perth this year, I have read some really bad things on perth, am I making a mistake?? I read on one forum, children aged 13 starting bush fires?? Racism is quite bad? Don't go out after 6pm as it's like a ghost town?? Perth isn't going to be for everyone I understand that just have a few concerns!!

It's not me, it's my husband he is a motor tech, currently looking at perth!

How easy is it to apply for this visa, the employer has been in contact so we are thinking about dumping the agent and working together?? What are people's thoughts?? Thanks in advance!
