  2. unfortunately,i think they would say that job offer is ok,but your meds are outstanding...
  3. It seems to me that MOC haven't opened our meds yet, since we haven't received any additional requests. Nothing. Just silence
  4. We received reply from our team today... I wrote to them that it was about 3 weeks since meds were referred and asked about timeframes. And the answer is " Your meds were referred as of 18 March (!!!OF COURSE I know the exact day, that is how I calculated 3 weeks) and when it is finilized we will inform you"
  5. Oh Kellie23, we also don't have any response. Today is 3 weeks since our meds were referred and we haven't received any requests from MOC (so we don't understand whether meds are in processing or not). Our CO is also silent. I hope they have already received our other documents... This process is killing. Considering unstable situation in Ukraine (we are from UA), this visa could be a real chance for us to live in quite place
  6. Our is Adelaide team 6. And there is no response for our letters since Thursday
  7. our CO keeps silent.I sent her an e-mail on Thursday, asked about my husband's meds and no answer at all.It is 3 weeks since his meds were referred. And considering the fact that today is my bday,i really expected to get visa.Fingers crossed for all who wait visas
  8. Dear Kellie23. We lodged our visa 24 Feb, undertook meds 17 Mar. The next day my husband's med was reffered to MOC. Everyday I check this thread to check whether you and your family received grant, hoping that we will have ours a few weeks later.... Our CO told us it will take a couple of weeks, but this waiting process is killing. Have you contacted MOC (Global Health) directly? Maybe slight pushing can help

    EOI mistake

Hello everyone, yesterday received invitation and while filling visa application form understood that made mistake in EOI. I disclosed only relevant work experience I claim points for. However I also have 1 year of irrelevant work experience. It doesn't influence my points. Could anyone suggest what should I do? Do I need to submit form 1023 about mistake, or omit my irrelevant work experience. Thanks in advance
  10. Hello. I have a question re my bands for my work experience. In 2009 I got my Bachelor Degree in Ukraine. Oct 2010 began to work in KPMG as an external auditor. In June 2011 got my Masters Degree. In March 2013 i changed employer and now work as Head of Budgeting Department. I'm currently an ACCA student. And issue is that I have more than 3 years of relevant experienced, however I'm not sure that this experience can be assessed as qualified. If DIAC will start to calculate my work exp. from the momemt I got my Bachelor Degree - than I will get 5 points for work exp. When I submitted docs to CPA I provided transcripts for both Bachelor and Masters Degree as well as ACCA syllabus. And in a such case, I guess they may consider only one year of skilled experience (starting from the date of my last ACCA exam). Maybe someone had the same situation. I'm confused and can't decide what to do. Wheather I should apply for 190 visa hoping that some State will grant me 5 points or to be on a safe side just wait until I get enough work experience (the least desireable way). Thanks in advance
