Hi..I have applied for PCC along with my wife's PCC on 24 June 2014, through online appointment at PSK - Surat Gujarat - India paying Rs 500/- for each applicant. Well, on that day me and my wife face all three counters A, B & C same as like passport applicant, took 3 hours for submitting application, as my passport address and current living address was same so got the grant of application, Got the acknowledgement for same and they said I will get SMS for collecting the PCC within 10 days.Now as days pass I was waiting for SMS, but no SMS till 40 days. Thus, I called to customer care and they said may be it is in under verification, asking more about status like in which Police Station or at what level my application, they said no information regarding this and I've to visit Superintendent of Police to ask about my application, which I know its not gonna help. So, I decided to raise a grievance about this and after 2 months I raised a grievance and today when I check to see the status and result was not found.Now its going to more than 85 days and I have no idea to whom should I contact to find out my stuck PCC.attaching screenshot for more reference.

@ Rishi..I am also on same boat, Was about to Submit my EOI for 489. But now its seems that getting nomination from WA is tough here. I too having 55 Points only (without nomination points). The hope of ray seems to be disappear. Second State is NT and they accepting only 7 Bands in each for Invitation.

Thanks Robbouk No my partners plans are not for Studies but than also Academic IELTS are valid to claim in partners points IELTS above 6 in all Module.

Hi, Main Applicant for Occupation HR adviser - The points chart Age - 28 - 30 pts Education - Masters - 15 Pts - (Positive Assessed) Work Exp - 55 Months - 5 Pts (Positive Assessed) So Total is 50 Points here - Now for remaining 10 points i will complete my 60 Months of Work Experience on 30 April 2014, but my work experience is assessed till 55 months upto applied date. So getting this 5 points do i need to reassessed my Work experience with Vetassess of remaining 5 Months to make it total 60 Months (5 Years). and same the Vetassess will take 90 Days to outcome. Secondly.. My partner has just completed his B sc in Mathematics and he has work experience of Mathematician for more than 5 years but its work experience is pre Graduation as his Graduation is part time. So can he able to claim partner skills points by Occupation on same CSOL, 6 Bands in IELTS, and positive Assessment from Vetassess. And for IELTS can he appear for academic. Academic score are acceptable for Partner Skills claim or General Training is compulsory.

Hi all Need a urgent suggestion from Gurus I have just made the payment for Skill & Employment assessment to Vetassess for Human Resources Adviser (223111) My Education Details and available Certificates are SSC - CBSE (Mark sheet, Provisional Certi) HSE - National Open School (Mark sheet, Provisional Certi) BBA - Anamalai (Distance Education) (Degree, Mark sheet, Provisional Certi) MBA - Madurai Kamaraj (Distance Education) (Degree, Mark sheet, Provisional Certi) For MBA my major subject was HR but in transcript & Degree Certificate its only showing as the Candidate has done Masters in Business Administration on dated XX/2009 Now talking with my friend he advised me to have HR syllabus on statutory Declaration Before sending the docs i want to ask what other document required which will easy to get positive assessment for HR ?? Secondly For Employment I am working with a Small Finance Ltd Company from May 2009 after one month (June 2009) they depute me to Client L&T on Man Power hiring basis (L&T) for 3 Years where i was reporting to L&T managers my full time work was for L&T only, after project Completion i again started to work for my Finance Company So the Reference letter has to be from My Finance Company or L&T, both are ready to provide me the Letter on letter head, L&T manager is ready to give me reference letter stating that i was on contractual period and on man power hiring basis so Contractual work can be obtained on L&T letter head ? And for my Finance company they ready to give me Reference letter but the Branch Manager is My uncle (Husband's Uncle) with same surname as i have, Is this will put me for more Investigation ? Is the Vetassess ask L&T Manager question like she was working for Finance Ltd why L&T is providing the reference ? My salary was on cash as it was low in Tax range below 10k, but i have receipt of Cash voucher is this a valid as a Income proof like salary slip till now no Tax (Form 16) and no PF account. My Finance company just opened a Salary account from this month. From Dec 2013 i will start receiving my Salary on Axis Bank. Now please tell me what documents should i submit for Employment. Till now i have gathered followed documents 1. Education certificate & Transcript (SSC, HSC, BBA & MBA) Will Prepared a Statutory Declaration for HR Syllabus what else should i submit ? Employment 2. From Finance Ltd Company Joining Letter, Promotion Letter, Salary cash Vouchers, Docs which i can get are Reference letter from L&T & My Finance Company Can prepared a statutory declaration that why my salary was not credited to Bank account (If suggested) Please reply me what else document should i submit for fast process and Positive assessment. Hi Thanks for replies Talking with my bank they denied to increase my limit, In India most of Banks are afraid of giving high limits. Is there any email id of Immigration where i can write and ask to them about partial payment one by one (not a one transaction).

Visa fee for Australia For Visa lodge along with Family members fee are Skilled Nominated VAC1 - 1 - 207,800.00 INR Additional Applicant Charge 18+ - 1 - 103,900.00 INR Additional Applicant Charge U18 - 1 - 52,000.00 INR Total - INR 363,700.00 I am not able to pay total amount by credit card due to credit limit. Is there any way to pay partially / partly as i have other cards like Main applicant for - Card 1 Spouse - Card 2 Child - Card 3 ????

Yes she can prove for her Current Job as the employer has started paying in Bank Account as Salary, Plus I card, Joining Letter everything, I am just worried with Previous employer as i can get only Letter Head, and 3 months of Taxation as during that time the salary was high due to Overtime. Out of 3 Years showing just 3 months of paper will work ?? So should i file assessment ??

HiI am going to submit application for My wife Skill Assessment to Vetassess for Occupation of Human Resources Adviser Before that i want to ask few questions I will submit application after 16 Nov 2013, For Employment my wife has started working from May 2009 is almost 55 Months less 5 months for 60 Months (5 Years) So the total work experience count during the submission of assessment or during the lodge of Visa application I will lodge my wife Visa after May 2014 so there will be 5 Years of Experience Secondly Documents for Employment of my her First Job from May 2009 to Mar 2012 are not available, Like Joining Letter, Resign Letter, I card, Salary Slip, Taxation Slip, Bank statement as payment was Cash due to Contract employee (She was working for L&T but payment was via man Supply method from another Vendor) But i can Manage however to get Company Letter head along with Head of Department Signature and visiting card of him, He is ready to provide but i have no idea what should i tell him to write on letter head Second Employment from Apr 2012 is also paying her Cash but they just opened the Salary account from this Month so Salary will come from Next Month. I am clueless for Documents of Employment.Please throw some light to help me

Hi Guys I have decided that i will go with My spouse (wife) as a Main applicant occupation as a Human Resource Adviser (as accountant has not found in Western Australia Occupation List) Else Accountant still having chances let me know ? My wife will start IELTS Coaching / Practice from 11 Nov - IELTS Exam on 9 Jan 2014, Hope she get more than 7 in Each Module, In between i will go for assessment of my wife Qualification & Skill Occupation from Vetassess. Hi I must be stupid here to ask. Which visa and applicant ?? Should i Try. As one of my friends has moved to Perth as they were very known Piping Engineers I will try my luck also to get a Visa or PR I have so many question in my mind. Firstly Me and wife are in Age of 25-32, with a Infannt Son, Planning to Migrate Australia. I am working with my Organisation with last 10 Years (Since - 2003) unfortunately my occupation (Procurement) is not in SOL And secondly i am under graduate and about to Graduate in July 2014 with Bachelor Science- Mathematics but Distance Education (Part Time - only exams) But my Spouse has completed her Education with Masters in April 2009, but she has done Bachelor and Masters both in Part Time Studies and she has worked/working as both Occupation in her Organisation Department Accountant / Finance & Human Resources. She is working Since May 2009. Queries are : 1. Should I try for Visa / PR ? 2. IF yes with whom my Spouse or Myself as a Primary Applicant ? After Grant Visa can we change the Primary Applicants to Secondary. 3. If Spouse as a applicant is there any chances of getting Visa or state nomination with Occupation of Accountant or HR Adviser compate to High Demand Engineering Skills ? 4. If my self, May i Get try 7 Bands in Each of IELTS (whether this will open any chance to get a PR). Right now 176 visa is closed. 5. I am Confuse with Points System. Basically its required 60, So from Age we got 30, If wife Education assessment get positive so 15, Work Experience - 10, what about remain points we can earn. 6. My agent said just get a 7 bands in each and we will give you PR (Don't know how he will get me) Please Help me !!

Valid for Getting 15 Points. of Higher Education Masters in HR (MBA is part time) My wife has done bachelor degree in BBA (business administration)
