I am planning to migrate to Australia. There are so much information on the immigration website. I would like to know which Visa is the best? 189 or 190? How long does it take if anyone happened to have primary health organization manager as an occupation? My occupation is actually research and development manager, but it is not listed in SOL but in CSOL. Does this mean I have to apply for the 457 instead? Sorry all of these are so confusing. Hi all, I'm a U.S citizen and would like to apply for work visa for Australia. I'm looking at subclass 190 independent visa, and a subclass 179 sponsored by nominated state or territory. I would like to know which one is easier? And how do I go about getting a state or territory to be nominated for my visa? Do I need to contact a specific state or territory? Please let me know if anyone has gone through the process. Thank you.
