Hi, Myself Rajeev I have been working in Australia under 457 visa. am completing 2 years with the same employer by November and am planning to apply for permanent residency under 457 transition stream. I have collected all the informations but regarding police clearance checks. Its mentioned that one need to provide police clearance for all the countries that stayed more than 12 months. In mycase it will be India, United Arab emirates and Australia. I have already submitted my PCC from India and UAE when obtaining 457 visa before 2years and i came to australia. I am staying here for last 2 years and haven't gone back to either India or UAE. Do i still need to provide PCC for obtaining PR as well? As i cannot convict any crime without going to that country.... Advices are highly appreciated... Thanks
