Hi there. My 457 visa is coming to an end, in February. It was valid for 2 years however I was made redundant 1 year in, so luckily found another company to take it over. I live in Cairns, so I am eligible for the 187 visa. Has anyone attempted doing the visa without and agent? All other visas we have gone through an agent, but the process has been slow and frustrating. Maybe it was the agent we were using? Anyway, I am wanting to know any difficulties anyone has had with doing a 187 themselves. Thanks :smile:

Hey, I am hoping someone out there can help. I was made redundant from my old company and now have 90 days to transfer to a new company. I have found another company willing to take over my sponsorship, but have been told they must meet new training benchmarks. As they are an owner operator business, how can they prove this? Or will they not get approved a sponsor?
