  2. cheers WolvesAussie thats what i want to hear, we feel weve got alot of evidence and a pretty straight forward case. like the Kangas emblem too as another Roos supporter, how long did you wait for the visa to be granted from the day you lodged roughly ? and i gather when we apply shes granted a bridging visa pretty quickly ?
  3. Hi all, just wondering if some people could please give me and my English partner some advice of do's and dont's when applying for the De Facto visa. we met in Oz on 31st of Dec 2011 while Kim was on holiday to see her sister, i visited her in UK in April 2012 for a holiday, we then decided for me to do some time in the UK and since she was from Harrogate which is very nice i did so, i spent from June 2012 - Dec 2012 in the UK and we collected paperwork of bills etc, me and Kim returned back to Oz (Melbourne) on Dec 29th 2012 we stayed with her sister for around 6 weeks till we found a rental and moved in on Feb 2012, since then weve been collecting Rental bills, gas and electricity bills, we have a shared bank account, we can prove dates of flights and time we did in the Uk and time we have clocked up in Oz. we met with a migration agent but feel we cant afford his services and were looking for advice on has people done it themselves with success ? and any other experiences and advice anyone can give us we would be greatly appreciative, thank you for any future replys of help this recieves
