Hi there, I'm new to pomsinoz but have been lurking. I moved to Mornington with my family in March of this year on a 457 visa. Immediately we expressed interest in PR on a 189 visa and were invited to apply in May. I'm using a migration agent as she sorted out our 457 visa. She initially told me that DIAC were having problems with their system and couldn't upload documents. When I emailed her yesterday, 4 weeks after she received all our supporting documents, she said there was still a problem and she couldn't upload the documents. Has anybody else experienced this, and what does it mean for us? We have 2 children in full time childcare, so obviously we're looking to get PR ASAP as the costs are astronimical without any rebate.
