hi i need a favour of u guys plzz help me out my wife is human resource lecturer in engineering college .........her qualification is MBA-HR ....M-PHIL and after that 4 yrs of teaching experience as college lecturer and taking HR subjects ............ she is also persuing PHD and is near to completion and her topic is also related to HR{ emotional maturity and leadership skills} now some immigration consultant has advised me that my wife is eligible for permanant residence on the basis of category of HUMAN RESOURCE ADVISER 223111........
