Thanks for your replies I haven't checked the site in te last couple of days yes I've been on a working holiday visa for the past 2 years , but no i wouldn't like to not work here for 6 months my problem is if I go home I don't think my employer would be willing to wait 6 monts to have me back , it's a shame because I only found out about the TRA last week and if I had done it a month ago I wouldn't have this problem i was hoping that as soon as my TRA came back I could lodge a visa and get all my working rights on a bridging visa

Basically my current visa runs out on 20th January 2014 , my company are willing to sponsor me but I found out I need a TRA first , the TRA is going to take up to 10 weeks to process thus most likely my visa will expire before I can lodge for my 186 which would then deny me a bridging visa ! Instead of going back to the UK can I enter australia on a 3 month tourist visa then lodge for my 186 when my TRA gets approved ? Obviously I wouldn't be able to work in the time I'm waiting but would I be able to get a bridging visa seen as though I'm already in Australia ? Thanks a lot

Thanks for your help im employed as a gardener so hopefully I can get away with lower , I earn around 48k I think and I've never met a gardener on much more than that

Hi there ive been told i need to be earning a certain salary to be eligible for this visa , I have a feeling my visa will be denied if I earn less than what's expected ! Does anyone here know the exact figure I should be earning ? Thanks a lot

Hello everyone im new here , I've just been sponsored as a gardener by my employer and have found out I need to get my skills assessed ! I went on the TRA website but couldn't find out how to get assessed as a gardener , I've emailed them but haven't heard anything back as of yet if anyone would be kind enough to give me some advice or a useful link it would be much appreciated thanks a lot
