Just random questions running through my head.= done all the good bits now looking at what if this went wrong and that went wrong. ie if hubby had to find another job quick and the wage was a a lot lower paid than what his original sponsor offered)
I think you have to prepare and be informed for the downside if things went wrong.
We are coming to OZ on a 457 visa soon, and was wondering do they have the equivalent of our child benefit there and if so is it only payable if you are a permanent resident or can you apply if on the 457 as you are paying into there government taxes.
Do they also have the equivalent of what we call working tax credit? =
Is it right " the living away from home allowance" as been scrapped? As anything replaced this?
What % of tax do you pay, (I hear you have to pay 1.5% medicare levy and further .5% flood tax levy on top?
