2- Not "may be" but "will be" canceled

3- Never heard of anybody who got an extension

The 3 month timeline is strange, though. They asked me if I can make it before 1st of November, and I said yes. They gave me the opportunity to extend IED, by taking the medicals again.

Didn't they ask you if your IED is OK?

Is there any reason you and your spouse wouldn't be able to fly in for a short holiday? That would be enough to activate the visa for both.

Yes, I am thinking to impose English as a compulsory House Language for the next few months :biggrin:. I realized I read and write a lot of emails, therefore the very nice grades on the other sections, but my British boss is week in, week out, so I do not get to chat a lot with him. When I asked him for advice on the exam, he told me exactly that, to improve my :chatterbox:.

Well, it is not so unexpected, I've struggled a little bit. I am not a big chatter. I was hoping for a 7, and probably will ask for re-mark and hope for 0.5 point more. Or re-sit, and use the time to improve my speaking. Or both

Well, I just got mine Listening:8.0 Reading:8.5 Writing:8.0 Speaking:6.5 - Overall:8.0. I need to resit

No results yet for me. On my local site it states the results will be available after 14.00 local time .

Hi Ascended Alteran I did the test on saturday in Dublin. IIRC the garden was at the site of an old volcano and the students could go to Summer school to do study skills. That's what I put anyway could be wrong but I think I was correct!!!!!!!

Thanks, we'll know in 2 weeks. I need 7, I hope the last questions were for 8 or 9. I wonder if it wouldn't have been better to have said i am not familiar with the subject and go for the next question

The test was ok, except for the speaking. I am not a native speaker, and I think I blew it. The final questions were about politics, and countries relationships; I was not sure what to say, so I got stuck.
