  1. I did really messed it up, and I deeply regret it. Now I am trying to get organized and rectify. Right now, I am looking at 3 options, state sponsor(EOI summited last week, which should not be invited in mths), partner visa(documentation 70% collected), ministerial intervention(to buy time for the SS and buy a small chance for intervention). Ministerial Intervention is the one which I haven't found any discussion(experience) in websites
  2. LONG and complicated story, it is my fault but hoping that I could stand a chance, please advise...... - Applied for Temp graduate visa in Jan 12, rang DIAC in Apr 12 to check progress, they advised that I didn't have to take medical test etc. because I won't get a CO allocated within 1 year. - In about 8 mths, received email to provide documentation. However, email was sent to old mail box which had about 2000+ emails so I didn't actually saw the email 20+days later. Replied them to explain that it was my old email account and request change of email address and extension.........no reply at all - Thought it would take them a while to reply, and started to prepare documentation, suddenly in October, refusal of visa - Applied for MRT, again DIAC advised that I had to prepare all the documentation before lodging MRT...(Wrong info again), so I waited for the last minute...21 business days....in fact should have been 21 calender days. - No jurisdiction from MRT. -Options are: apply another PR visa such as partner visa or write a letter to the Minister - Thinking of writing a letter to the Minister for leniency, so that he would intervene and let me re-apply. etc -In the letter, admit that it was my fault, explain the whole process, and express who it would affect my if I leave aus
  3. Hi all, I am wondering fi anyone has written a letter to the Minister before? Could anyone share their experience. Although I have got all that the application needs, I have been refused a visa because I lodged it late. And I am thinking of writing a letter to the Minister and beg him to intervene. Chances?
