Sadly not - we have been without our belongings for over 2 months now with a 4 month old baby - these people met me when I was heavily pregnant and had no issues with lying to me and doing this to us. I am utterly distraught and tired of sleeping on a blow up bed and using camp chairs to eat from :-(

They are running the equivalent of a ponzi scheme - they are packing up peoples belongings and taking full payment upfront for the full job. Then they take that money to pay off old debts they have and push shipments that have been lying around for several months. And by lying around I literally mean they have dumped peoples belongings in a disgusting unmaintained warehouse, piled on top of each other. Then they don't pay for any of your shipment fees. What they then do is put your stuff on a ship to get it our of the country and legally off their backs. They then do not pay the shippers or their partners in the other country who will then refuse to deliver your goods until they are paid - Relo won't pay them so you have to in order to get your belongings. These people are thieves and liars - they have made our life and several other peoples lives a misery for months. Got to ReloGulf.net to see what some of the victims have put online. There are also several other complaints sites where people have put their stories up. The Directors of ReloUK are the same people who run ReloGulf. There is no proper setup for victims like us to get help as each country washes their hands of it. We are now trying to warn as many people as possible to not get caught in this.

I know this is an old post but just wanted to put out there that IMO this company should not be used under any circumstances - . If you do enough research you will see why (they have been clever in how they have set up the company so hard to find the bad press).

Hi Locky - hope I am not too late but I would strongly advise against using this company. I can't go into detail due to legal reasons but I used one of their branches and agree that the sales service was amazing, hence why I chose to use them over some of the bigger firms who were actually similar in price. Once they came and packed our belongings and we left the country they went silent on us - stopped returning phone calls and emails. They finally gave us a date for our goods to arrive so we rented an apartment based on that date. Then when I asked for proof of shipping they went quiet again. Turns out our goods were not on the way and they were lying to us. It has gotten worse since then but its a long story. Please please please don't use them.
