i have 5+ experiences as a r. consultant. but i dont have a qualification or a uni degree just finished high school with commendation. but i have my employment reference and my contract from my previous job. you dont need any qualification as a recruitment consultant in germany and in australia as well. all you have to do is hard working. is that enough to apply for 457 (with employment reference, contract) ??

do you have a uni degree or did u get it via experience?

it would affect it that my mum is not able to scan all the payslips. she doesnt even know how to turn on the computer haha.

why my parents are divorcing? i dont know why, i am in australia since 4 months and i dont know whats going on there. of course i can get the payslips, but i dont have any family in germany just my parents and my dad is not in germany atm. and when thats the case i have to go back to germany and get all the payslips from the 5 years from my previous employer. i didnt bring them, my plan was actually just for staying 1 year in australia, but i have a girlfriend here and eventually a job so i decided to stay here if my visa may be granted

good evening ladies and gentlemen! i wanted to ask you guys something. what are the requirements to get a 457 visa from an employer which want to sponsor me. The job is in the occupation list (recruitment consultant) how do i have to prove my skills?? is a contract and a reference letter from my previous work enough for the application? i have 5+ years experience in that business. what is the minimum? i dont have any payslips or so with me and i dont know how to get them if required because my parents are going to divorce soon and my dad is a long time in holidays outside germany and my mom doesnt know how to use a computer lol. btw i am a german citizen. so my question is, is a employment reference letter and a contract enough? thank u guys!!!!
