Hello all, I am a newby so please be kind! So my family I am on a 457 Visa, and am currently in need of alot of help. I have been in Australia for 3.5 years from England and want to transfer to Permanent Residency. The only problem is I am now switching to another employer who I swilling to sponsor me for another 4 years. I have just reached over the age limit to transfer to permanent residency as I am now 51, and I understand that I need to work for the employer for a minimum of 2 years to apply. I have searched the options where I can become Exempt, but Unfortunately the only one that I wouldn't meet would be earning the High Income threshold. Me and my Family, Including my son who Is 18 and wants to stay ever so much, would like to stay desperately. Is there ANYTHING my family and most importantly my son do to stay. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanked upon. My family is in a desperate state of panic and we honestly don't know what to do. As said before, any help would be Greatly Appreciated Thank you
