Domnok pleang

Hi guys, My sister was apply offshore in Cambodia in 10/2011 (last remaining relative visa). she is already being interviewed and passed. Now, she has been put in a QUEUE for final processing. 3 months already and we haven't heard anything from the immigration. Does anyone know anything about the QUEUING or WAITING PERIOD??..
