can any one give advice, some people we know who left australia last year, had finance on a car, they had no choice to leave the car and go home due to persanal isses, what would happen if they returned to australia ? thanks

a Bond clean should cost Max $300 and carpets $120, there is not much chance of getting another tenant fast as the home is in a slightly remote place and already a few to let, the way we feel just now the agent can keep all the bond, we are happy to call it a day with Australia and never come back as this place likes to empty your pockets, its too expensive here now.
