Hi my names Sam and I have now lived in the Gold Coast for 6 days. we have the dilemma which I assume everyone has of where to live and was really hoping you good people could give us some advice? we would like a modern 4bed -close to a good primary school - good broadband -and no more than 30 min drive from southport. we loved the look of ormeau hills, but worried broadband there might be rubbish, also schools are rather large! our 5 yr old came from a tiny country school in uk so would be worried about putting her in a large school! also loved the look of robina, mermaid waters and varsity lakes but combining all the above is so hard! if anyone can give us advice thank you very much! ​
