thx for the answer )) I think the same, but in the Points test table is written: To receive these points, you must have worked at least 20 hours of paid work per week and in your nominated skilled occupation, or a closely related occupation. This applies to employment in and/or outside Australia. In the army we got some really small monetary salary ))) but does it mean it is a paid work or not, I cannot understand. Daily duties in the army were related to the ANZSCO description.

I have more than 11 years of work experience in IT sphere, and I served for 2 years in my country regular forces as IT technician. And in this connection I have a few questions: My first working place was in the same University where I studied, I worked in University's Computer Center from 07/03/00 - 13/03/02( 2 years), then I graduated from my University with Bachelor Degree and entered the master's program and got Masters Degree. At the same time I worked in a big company for two years 13/03/02 - 16/06/04 until I finished my studies(2 years). Then I was called to serve in military forces in my country from 17/06/04 to 17/06/06 as IT specialist(2 years). After which I have been working in different companies until now(that is 6.5 years). 1. Can I include my army years as work experience? 2. Can I use my first and second working places to increase my Work Experience Points?
