Anyone know how long CO assignment is taking for 190 visa once lodged?

Ok so my eoi is locked and I can't change it, I worked for a company in Australia from October 2011 - April 2013 and was sponsored by them in march 2012. So from Oct 11 until I got sponsored I had a different job title (trade assistant) and from when I got sponsored I was an electrician (general) 341111. On my EOI I have just put down I was electrician for all the time in that job.. I did this because when I got the reference that's what my boss had put on it. Could this come back to bite me on the behind?

Hi everyone I have been invited to apply for the subclass 190 with sponsorship from WA and have until September 9th to lodge my application. During this time I was hoping to get my medicals sorted, but after reading skill select I have found out there are 2 ways to do this (one before lodgement and one after) so obviously I will be going the before lodgement route, anyway I was wondering if I was to go ahead and start the medical process now and in the meantime lodge my visa before the medical is complete would this cause any problems? have I left it a little bit too late now and will it just be easier to lodge the visa and then do the medical? thanks.

Work history from skills assessment was my work history from uk and Aussie employment. But im not claiming any uk employment in my EOI as I don't have 3 years. I do however have 1 year Aussie employment.

Im just having a bit of trouble filling out my EOI, ive decided not to use an agent as im pretty sure I will be able to find all my answers from friends who have been through it and via forums like this. Basically the only skilled employment I can claim points for is 1 year in Australia, even though I have worked in the UK, it has been less than 3 years. So when I fill out the history would my UK work exp be a 'yes' or 'no' to the 'is this related employment'. I was thinking it is related employment as the job title is the same, regardless of wether im claiming it or not. Or seeing as im only claiming my aus work experience is that the only history to be "related"? also do I need to fill in any periods of unemployment? thank you
