Hello guys, We paid these guys £2000 to start our migration application 2 years ago, and told we met all the criteria to migrate. Since paying them the money, its been a total nightmare. Their only means of communication is VIA email through their site. Every time we ask them whats going on, they say they will get back to us. Then litterally two months goes by and we still get nothing back from them. They are rude, and have just left us hanging for 24 months. After 20 months, they decided that they had to re log the application as they had made an error. Now they are saying we have been declined due to lack of recent work experience. I advised them 2 years ago that I would not be re newing my gas certificates as this would cost over £5k, and it was vaild when they applied 2 years ago. Can anyone advise what we can do from here, as we cant get hold of them. Total nightmare!! Many thanks.
