We've just been over on a recce trip to Melbourne and particularly the Geelong area. Does anyone have any info on St Albans Park and Marshall. These seemed like two nice estates just south of Geelong. We drove around them and everything seemed well kept and nice. House prices seem quite good as well. Any advise or thoughts would be appreciated.

We will be moving to Adelaide in June this year and would appreciate some advice on good suburbs and areas to rent in. We've been looking online and it's proving impossible to make any decisions from the UK without actually being there. We're initially looking to rent for four weeks somewhere then look for a long term rental after that. We would like to be close to the sea but may have to move inland if the costs are too high. Any advice? Thanks.
