Hi All, I am from INDIA and in the process of applying for 190 VISA and uploading documents. As i am married i have mentioned my spouse name also in application but my spouse is not accompanying me as i am seperated from her since past 6 months and we did not go along well. She doesnt even want to divorce me nither she wants to stay with me.:arghh: She wont be ready to undergo medical examination for my VISA which is quiet obvious. Anyone please guide me what do i do now? What document i upload so that migration services do not ask for her PCC and Health certificates.:no: Any notorized statement stating that i am seperated from my wife for past 8 months and wont continue our relationship in future should work? My 1 year effort ....every minute i counted for this moment to come ..now when i am at last stage my wife has become biggest hinderance in my progress.:cry: ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME...GOD CANT BE SO CRUEL TO ME:cry:

Hi All, I am from INDIA, got ACT SS and am in the process of applying for 190 PR VISA :biggrin: Thers a big confusion regarding my marriage certificate. I got married last year but my wife is not accompanying me now and have plans to come after an year as i want to get settled there first and then call her. I dont have marriage certificate and it will take long time to get it:arghh: In EOI i have mentioned my status as married. If the CO requests for Marriage certificate can i reply him that since my wife is staying back and not coming with me now so will provide certificate later?? OR since i am married i have to certainly produce my certificate even if i go alone?? Also is there any thing else like photos which i can produce as a proof. Kindly advice. Hi All ...On 17th april 2013 a case officer has been assigned to me for ACT SS but i have not heard from him in last 10 days. I was under the impression that once case officer is assigned it taked harly 3-4 days to get ACT SS. Any one has any clue?? Thanks

Hi .. I applied for ACT SS on 26th march 2013 and I got a mail on 16th april 2013 stating that a case officer has been aassigned for me. Any idea how more it will take for me to get ACT SS? Also, assigning of case officer means guranteed SS or still it can be rejected?? Kindly answer.

Kindly answer: 1 How much a taxi driver, dish washer or house cleaner is paid on hourly basis? 2 Will it be sufficient for me and my wife to survive in Canberra if i alone work in these kinda jobs(wud not lyk her to work in such jobs)? 3 Can i live in outer of ACT , i mean near Sydney but inside the boundary of ACT and work in Sydney? This way i can show my presence in ACT and earn in Sydney, if it is legal (I am coming on 190 PR VISA).

Hi Quoll, Thanks for prompt reply but u misunderstood me !! As most of jobs as Business analyst in Canberra needs Australian citizenship and i am coming on PR so it will be very difficult to get a job relevent to my occupation. Thats why i m asking can i get some other unofficial small jobs to earn my living there till i dont get a good job in my field. And BTW, i dont have any intention to break the law. I want to pay taxes thats why i asked how do we pay taxes if workig on small jobs? Do we get salaries in account or cash in hand? Thanks.

Hi.. i got VISA a day ago :biggrin: and planning to move to canberra by the first week of april. I am a Business Analyst. Have some queries in mind: 1. Will i be able to get an unofficial part time job like waiter in restaurant, taxi driver, house cleaning etc within 10 - 15 days? 2. For these above mentioned unofficial jobs, how do we get salary by cash or salary will be creadited to account?:biglaugh: If paid by cash how do we pay income tax?:unsure: 3. how much do one get per hour on above mentioned jobs?
