Hi, Me and my partner are moving to Perth at the end of the year, and have no idea where's nice and where isn't. We need to be within 30-40 minute drive of the CBD(closer the better) and would like somewhere fairly developed with shops and nice parks etc and low crime levels. not too bothered about a beach but would be a bonus! We are looking to rent somewhere and more bothered about location than the actual property. No kids either so schools doesn't matter.. If anyone could throw some names of places out there so I could have a look that would be great. Thanks!!!! X
