Thanks. I thought that would be the case but it isn't easy to decipher that from the information given on the website.

Both myself and my partner are hoping to move to Oz. I am able to apply for a working holiday visa while I submit my EOI. However, my girlfriend (a Filipino) is not able to get a working holiday visa as the Philippines does not have an agreement with Australia. My question is, if she gets an ordinary ETA and then submits her own EOI whilst in Oz, can she apply for a bridging visa that allows her to work whilst her resident visa is being processed?
