  1. I've been removing all batteries from my kids toys and games for packing and was just going to buy new batteries in oz. I realise now that I actually have zillions of batteries that are half used and will actually cost hundreds of dollars to replace ... (realising what a money scam it is ... wii remotes, remote cars ... etc etc!). Can I ship just your normal AA/AAA/C batteries?? How do I pack them?
  2. Any help!? I have tried to google for the answer but nothing for certain. Can I just throw my clothes into a box? I stumbled across a site that said don't put in plastic bags as mold can form with the trapped moisture. I have some vacuum bags which I could use. Or should I just put the clothes directly into the box?? What do people do??
  3. And found 180quid quote with fed ex! Bargain!
  4. The seafreight takes 3months ... And I have twin 4year olds so I will need to airfreight toys, and our shoes, and my husbands work suits. There is quite a lot we will need that won't fit into our flight suitcases!
  5. Would greatly appreciate any help ... My family are moving to Aus at the end of March. We have organised shipping for approximately 20boxes through AngloPacific and these will be picked up in a couple of weeks. Am realising that I am going to need to air freight ATLEAST 1 box (about 20kg) as there will be some stuff we won't be able to wait 3 months for) and we simply won't have enough luggage allowance to take it all on the flight. Does anyone know of the cheapest way for me to send some stuff over so it arrives within 2 weeks?? I have quoted £300 for 2 boxes (66kg weight) but this seems like a lot to me. Any ideas?
