Were living in Brisbane on a 457 , so fingers crossed it will be born an Ozzie !

Was talking to a very helpful lady this morning. Was told since we were not allocated a case officer , they couldn't help us at the moment. If the baby is born before it's granted, we will need to add the baby to the application.

we are going to call immigration tomorrow and see if anything can be done for us , our baby is due in a weeks time !

where did you come across those granted visas ? Myself and my wife are waiting on a decision on our application . We submitted ours in the 26th of april after getting a invitation on the 25th of april , uploaded all the relevant docs except the form 80 . My wife is expecting our first baby on the 20th of june and we still have had no contact from Immi . Do you think its worth a call to enquire about our application ? Do you fall under the exceptional circumstances criteria ? Onshore application with PC , meds etc upload on the day after the invitation was received . Thanks in advance
