I am coming out to OZ on the 10th of March for a couple of weeks with a friend to look around the Brisbane area. Im trying to find some cheap self contained place with a pool they just don't seem to exist don't mind a bit of travel has anyone got any ideas Iv looked on most of the main sites they are just so $$$$$$$$$$$.Can anyone help!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the reply we are looking around Birkdale Brisbane and Ideally we would preffer a little more rural.

Hi all we are new to the site and are planning to move to Oz this year our visas are almost done We are just looking at houses and things and to be honest the cost of living looks more expensive than the UK I know that you earn more but is it much more expensive? How soon can we get a mortgage and are they easy to get? Cars seem to be really expensive am I looking in the wrong places? Thanks Guys.
