Hi thank you for advice@bma. I had read for partner migration booklet.about the necessary evidence I need to provide, I have done.I'm not to much worried abouT that,bcoz all is ready. I can approve that I have sincerely relationship and support from Australia family.all I'm thinking is,can I get there with tourist visa,and if there's no futher stay,I want to change my visa with working visa,to help my husband keep save money and apply for that spouse visa in Australia. I have wrote some letter to immigration to tell my conditions right now.also my husband.and about get permission for my kids from my x,I haved notice from court,That's my children full under my possibility. So there's No problem within.well what you guys think,can I get that ttourist visa for me and kids without 8503 condition.so I can applied for other visa in Australia. Cheers,

hi,i`m indonesian.i just merried with australian citizen 3months ago.i have 4children from my previous meriage. and i just find out,that about condition on tourist visa 8503 no futher stay,thats why bcoz that condition makes me and my children must back to my country.now me and my children are in indonesian.as information i got about apply spouse visa outside australia (indonesia my country) need long time to wait,but beside that i cannot stay more longer in my country honestly bcoz of our financial is not to good and also other problem we faced right now.now i`m try to apply for tourist visa to come back to my husband with my 4 children.with all paperworks me and my husband haved like meriage cerfiticate,bank statement,police cerfiticate,and refrence from my husband as my sponsor and refrence from pastor where i as they team in church,and refrence from my mother in law and all family in australia.even i not confidence for what i had done for that all paperworks i have now.actually for all document they need for spouse visa if i apply outside australia its complete,its just we have problem with financial,so we just have 1 way to do,is apply for tourist visa,hopefull embassy would not have 8503 condition on my tourist visa. is anybody have advice for my problem now,i`m so stress with all this and be apart with my husband for 3 months now. regard, rose
