Mig and stick, I have no problem at all with any position. All welds I do today get mpi and radiography tested. I wasn't wanting to pay for it, as it isn't cheap, and going over to oz n find out that I didn't need it.

I am wanting to move to Oz, but don't know if I should pay to get my 6GR cert, as I've not done that much pipe work. I have a few welding/fabrication qauls. Main concern is the 6gr, is it a must have? Any advice would help.

Is it possible to move to australia to work as a welder, I am time served. I haven't got my 6G coding, and haven't done much pipe work. I'm coded in 4G, on both mig and stick. Is it possible to get coding/certs (6G) when I am over there? Any advive at all will be appreciated. Taylor.

Cheers scuffy, that's wat I use on a daily basis for a company called babcock FCAW. They test u out before hand, wat sorts of tests have u had to do while being over there?
