visa granted Friday yippee been a long couple of months as we already in oz since Sept so Jenny got to leave for 3 days

We applied 28/02/14 so hopefully won't be long now

Have done girlfriends visa on line very easy and a lot less stressful than when I applied for mine back in 2011

Hi Sniffter our 8/9 months are end of Oct/end of Nov but we want to be out in Perth by early Sept girlfriend has emailed CO and had a reply back saying she has passed the medical and character criteria and if we are in Oz when he is ready to grant the visa he will let us know so we can leave Oz for 3 days for the process, the way it reads to us is that she will be granted the visa but its now just a waiting game so decisions decisions do we or don,t we

Just got back from my girlfriend having her medical so everything done now hoping to be over Sept or Oct Carn,t Wait

Hi to anybody that can help me, my girlfriend has just logged on to her immi account and noticed a link to organize her health examination in the next steps box, does this me we book the medical now as it has aloud us to print off the emedical referral letter or do we wait for the CO to inform us but we are not quite sure we have been allocated a CO ye,t it is all getting a bit confusing and when I applied for my PR visa I used a migration agent who told me when I needed to send info and organize things and the medicals were the last things to have done

(Sorry If I sound a bit thick)

Another quick question about my girlfriends application

My girlfriend has been divorced 10y but has not officially changed back to her maiden name but she requested that all her official docs ie passport/driving licence that she be known as her maiden name

Ye thought so I waited for the C/O to ask me for it (and the medicals) when I applied for my P/R visa just wanted to make sure nothing had changed as I have had my visa for a couple of years now

We are just finalizing my girlfriends Defacto/Partner visa on line and just wondering do we a the police check done now and send it as part of the application or do we wait for the C/O to ask us to apply for it
